Founded with the mission of “spreading the joyful seeds of guitar music across the world,” our ensemble has, over the years, performed and exchanged in countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Poland, and several cities in China, with plans to expand our footprint to even more nations. We believe that guitar ensemble is not only about sharing music but also about passing on culture. Our vision is for the guitar, two centuries from now, to stand alongside classical music as a timeless voice in people’s hearts.
我们的乐团以曲风多元着称，从严谨的古典作品到广受欢迎的现代动漫、宫崎骏配乐，都能完美演绎。团员之间默契十足、机动性高，每年更会定期举办合宿训练，不仅精进演奏技巧，也深化彼此情感。在跨国舞台上，我们曾与各地音乐家联合演出，展现强大实力与交流能量，堪称亚洲华人最具影响力的吉他乐团。
Our ensemble is distinguished by its musical diversity—ranging from the precision of classical works to beloved modern soundtracks, including anime and the music of Joe Hisaishi. The members share a strong sense of unity and adaptability, supported by annual training camps that not only refine musicianship but also deepen bonds of friendship. On international stages, we have collaborated with musicians from around the world, showcasing both artistic excellence and cultural exchange. Today, we proudly stand as one of the most influential guitar ensembles among Chinese communities in Asia.
以优异的成绩毕业于日本国际新堀艺术学院 (International Niibori Guitar Music，2008年创办米可吉他，深耕台中音乐教育，教学热情和专业，培育更多喜爱吉他的师资及学员。跳脱、打破传统升学主义的禁锢思维，以吉他的专业发展吉他事业，并将其为志业，让更多人能体验吉他的欢乐与美好。
2015年起率领团队征服中国25000公里，哈尔滨、北京、上海、重庆、南宁、广州、新加坡、马来西亚、波兰等国家进行海外公演，其中2019年率领米可吉他室内乐团，与日本新堀吉他室内乐团一起登上，欧洲最美音乐厅之一的斯赛新音乐厅，透过与国际接轨，培育喜爱吉他的师资及学员，提供一个世界舞台，让有梦想的小孩，都能有勇气，勇敢追球吉他梦。希望将国际资源带进台湾，更希望能用吉他让世界看见台湾。
Graduated with outstanding performance from the International Niibori Guitar Music Academy in Japan. In 2008, he founded MiCo Guitar in Taichung, dedicating himself to music education with passion and professionalism. He has trained numerous teachers and students, promoting guitar learning beyond traditional academic frameworks and inspiring more people to experience the joy and beauty of guitar music.
Since 2015, he has led his team across over 25,000 kilometers, performing in cities such as Harbin, Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, Nanning, Guangzhou, Singapore, Malaysia, and Poland. In 2019, the MiCo Guitar Chamber Ensemble performed with the Niibori Guitar Chamber Orchestra at Szczecin Philharmonic Hall—one of Europe’s most beautiful concert halls. Through international collaboration, he aims to nurture talented guitarists, provide a global stage for young dreamers, and let the world see Taiwan through the sound of the guitar.
曾担任日本新堀吉他交响乐团和新堀吉他合奏团的指挥者以及国际新堀艺术学院的副校长。受于吉他交响乐团创始者–新堀宽己指导，带领专业吉他手和学生乐团在日本国内以及美国、德国、意大利、澳洲、波兰、新加坡、韩国、台湾、中国 …等国家进行了无数场大大小小的音乐会。
2007年更站上了「维也纳乐友协会」之维也纳金色大厅，在2012年11月也率领了大型交响乐团 共120名团员至意大利的米兰、威尼斯进行公演，2019年带领日本职业乐团与米可吉他室内乐团，登上斯赛新千人音乐厅。
Former conductor of the Niibori Guitar Orchestra and Ensemble, and Vice Principal of the International Niibori Music Academy of the Arts, Terada Kazuyuki has led professional and student guitar ensembles in concerts across Japan, the U.S., Europe, Australia, and Asia. Highlights include a 2007 performance at Vienna’s Musikverein Golden Hall, a 2012 tour in Milan and Venice with a 120-member orchestra, and a 2019 joint concert at Poland’s Szczecin Philharmonic Hall with the Miko Guitar Ensemble.
出生于日本东京都，毕业于国际新堀艺术学院古典吉他科，师承寺田和之，并取得「吉他专门家一级」资格。自学生时期即展现出色的音乐才能，曾担任新堀吉他交响乐团B组音乐总监，并于A组担任中音吉他首席。
在比赛表现上，于全日本吉他大赛获得独奏部门第2名（首奖从缺）、指挥部门与教育部门皆荣获最优秀奖。演出经历丰富，曾参与日本新堀吉他交响乐团赴奥地利、德国、意大利、台湾、香港、波兰等地巡演，亦于团体公演中担纲维瓦第《四季》全曲独奏。曾为Port Strings横滨定期公演独奏嘉宾。
除了活跃于演奏舞台，也致力于吉他教育，于新堀吉他音乐院任教12年，并长期指导埼玉市立植竹中学校吉他部，屡次带领学生荣获全日本吉他大赛与吉他节最优秀奖。
现为吉他重奏团「Twinkle」中音吉他演奏者、古典吉他二重奏「Duo Ayumi」成员，2023年移居台湾，加入米可吉他，持续推广古典吉他艺术。
A graduate of the International Niibori Music Academy, was Music Director of Group B and Principal Alto Guitar of Group A in the Niibori Guitar Orchestra, earning 2nd Prize and Excellence Awards at the All-Japan Guitar Competition.
She has performed widely in Europe and Asia, including Vivaldi’s Four Seasons, and was guest soloist with Port Strings in Yokohama. After 12 years of teaching at the International Niibori Guitar Music Academy, she now performs with Twinkle and Duo Ayumi and joined Miko Guitar in 2023 to promote classical guitar.
